Despite a 5-15 overall record, the Pinnacle High girls can see things through a new lens.

0-0.

The Lady Panthers will travel to Richfield on Tuesday, Feb. 18 for a play-in game against Milford at 3 p.m. at the Sevier Valley Center.

"We'll need to have a total team effort if we want a chance to win against Milford," said PHS head coach Rob Harmon.

While it's the first trip for the team to the state tournament, Harmon said he wants the team to work hard, but also enjoy the experience.

"They need to focus on playing well but I also want them to just have fun and enjoy the experience of going to the state tournament," he said.

If Pinnacle can defeat Milford, they would play advance to the first round of the 1A Tournament where they would play Region 17 one seed Rich on Wednesday at 1 p.m.
