Carbon High senior Garrett Marsing broke two school records and the handful of Dino athletes got a chance to compete against some of the best in the state at the BYU Invitational on May 2-3.

Marsing added two more school records in the 800 and 3200 meter races. Marsing fell with two laps left in the 3200 meter race hurting his ankle. He finished the race and still came away with the school record.

Carbon also got strong performances from Dallin Quinton, Sarah Ohlwiler, Danielle Oman and a host of others.

The team is now preparing for the Region 12 meet in Juab on May 7-8.
