Eastern Utah Friendship riders perform annual blessing of the bikes

Print PageEmail PageGet Reprints

Each year many riders go through the "Blessing of the bikes" in many areas and the Friendship Riders intend on keeping the tradition going in Utah. Last Saturday a couple of dozen bikers showed up for the blessing in Price and then rode a loop from Price up to Horse Canyon, through the Columbia area and then on to East Carbon. The bikers were greeted along the way and near Columbia, East Carbon Mayor Orlando LaFontaine was there to welcome them to the east county area. Altogether it was a 75 mile ride.
