Charles and Barbara Jones

Barbara Ellen McKee and Charles Eugene Jones were married July 15, 1949 in Tooele. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

The couple will be honored at an anniversary open house July 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Cleveland City Park.

They have five children, Barbara (Dale) Petty and Loa (Lonnie) Dickinson, both of Newcastle, Wyo.; Kathleen Wesley Moore, Cleveland; Roy (Kim) Jones, Sturgis, S.D.; and Ellen (Kevin) Wendt, Newcastle. Wyo. They have 17 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren.

Over the years, the couple have operated several businesses, including A & C Service in Grantsville, Weston Manor in Newcastle, Wyo., and B & C Enterprises in Sturgis, S.D., where they currently reside.
