Spencer's Wishes fund-raiser

Eastern Utah Community Credit Union recently hosted a fund-raiser for Spencer's Wishes. Phil Roundy with Nancy Thompson accepts donation from Heidi Mecham, as KUSA, The Eagle, Diane Jacquez and Charlie Michaels do a live remote for the event. Pizza and a free drawing of prizes including autographed items from Utah Jazz, Salt Lake Bees, and local merchants in the area, gave excitement for this fund-raiser. This is the main fund-raiser for Spencer's Wishes that provide the kids of Emery and Carbon counties gifts for Christmas. People were also encouraged to also put a handful of coins in a barrel for "fill the barrel drawing." In just three short days the very heavy barrel weighed in containing over $532.
