The elections of last November generated a new set of leaders in many communities across the county. On Monday, Price swore in their long time Mayor Joe Piccolo one more time, while Helper City had Dean Armstrong, the new mayor of the town, take the pledge. Wellington, East Carbon and Sunnyside will swear in their officials - some new, some incumbent - on Tuesday.
