Helper youth baseball parade - Slated Saturday morning on Main Street, the parade of young baseball players will kick off the 57th consecutive year of Little League activity in Helper. Games will follow at Walt Borla Baseball Field, Orchard Street and 2nd North.
Evening of music, dancing - is planned May 8 from 7 until 9 p.m. at the senior citizens center in Price. Refreshments will be served, with donations suggested. The event will feature Music of the Heart.
Mobile spay/neuter clinic - is scheduled May 28 at Active Re-Entry's parking lot, 10 South Fairgrounds Road. Walk-up micro-chipping and vaccinations will be available at a nominal fee while a veterinarian is at the site.

Freedom Community Outreach - Located at 550 East 100 South in Price, the organization offers free clothing for local families.
The center is open Friday from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Donations of gently used clothes and household items are accepted.

Carbon County Triad - meets the first Wednesday of the month at 1:30 p.m. at the Price public safety dispatch center. Members focus on law enforcement and aging programs to assist the elderly.
